Our Services
Accommodation
Self check-in is between 4pm to 9pm. Check out before 11am. The guesthouse has four twin / double rooms and one single room, all with washbasin in them. The rooms have access to shared facilities. Two bathrooms, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen that guests can use until 10 pm. We have two separate apartments. One bedroom apartment for 3 persons and one two bedroom apartment for 5 persons.
Service and recreation
Guests have access to a furnished patio. Interesting hike trails and attractions. Organised hikes with guides. The nearest town with supermarket, restaurants, a swimming pool and various tourism services is Kirkjubæjarklaustur (25 km / 15.5 mi).
Northern lights- Aurora
Our location is perfect for seeing the northern lights during the wintertime. Remember we have to have darkness, clear sky and activity of the northern lights to see them and don’t forget the luck.
